• Sawing: Easy, no problems.
• Drying: Easy. Fast to moderately slow.
• Planning: Easy. It curves relatively well.
• Gluing: Easy, except for the resorcin queues.
• Nailing and screwing: Need for predrilling.
• Finish: Easy.

Notes

- It can have the central area of the trunk of a dark olive colour. See the third photograph.
- There is also the American ash tree, quite abundant in the United States and Canada. It has aspects and characteristics very similar to the European one.
