Its color ranges from light yellow to golden brown , with lighter sapwood and deeper heartwood. It features a grain that can be straight or slightly interlocked, as well as a medium texture that provides a uniform and pleasing feel. With an approximate density of 880 kg/m³ at 12% moisture content, it is a robust wood suitable for demanding applications, especially in outdoor environments .
