Its characteristic tone, ranging from pink to light reddish-brown , lends a rustic yet elegant appearance, much appreciated in furniture and paneling. It features a straight grain and open structure , which greatly facilitates finishing with stains and varnishes. Machining is straightforward and yields excellent results in carpentry and joinery processes.
