POLICY CHAIN-OF-CUSTODY of Tamalsa Europe, S. L. U and of the Participating Sites in the Multisite.
The Address of Tamalsa Europe, S. L. U. and of the Participating Sites in the Multisite, after the deployment of their Chain of Custody to control the inputs and outputs of products certified to FSC® and PEFC and, in short, to meet the environmental requirements of our customers, considered and declared as strategic objectives of its policy the following:
- Keeping the records and other documents required for the verification of our Chain of Custody.
- Meet promptly to the legal rules applicable to all activities of the company.
- To achieve maximum motivation on certification FSC® and PEFC at all levels of the Organization and among our partners.
To achieve these goals, the Direction of Tamalsa Europe, S. L. U. and of the Participating Sites in the Multisite, along with the Department of Chain-of-Custody, lead and drive the implementation of the following actions:
- Establish and maintain a Chain of Custody is effective and efficient, planned and developed in conjunction with the other departments in our organization.
- To determine the conformity of the work with the requirements of our Chain of Custody in those points where they could cause possible confusion with non-certified products.
- Ensure that, in the own Organization, the personnel of administration and warehouse are fully familiar with the Aims and Policy of the Chain of Custody of Tamalsa Europe, S. L. U. and Participating Sites in the Multisite thanks to the Training at all levels of the same. In this sense, it will also make public the Program of Chain-of-Custody yearly, for that with the effort of all we would achieve the intended Goals.
